Just when you thought Halkara had found her niche as a clumsy, ill-mannered elf, she went back to making accidents with magical mushrooms! Beelzebub couldn't get enough of how Azusa turned into mini-Azusa after eating one of Halkara's special mushrooms.
Halkara couldn't find a way to reverse the magical mushroom's effects, so she asked Beelzebub for help. Auntie Beelzebub insisted that Azusa take Falfa and Shalsh with her to the Demon Realm because she just loves cuddling cute girls. Pecora, the Demon King, knew just where Azusa could find the cure to her predicament.
The location for Azusa's magical cure was the top floor of a commercialized ancient tree. The bottom and middle floors had souvenir shops and elite resort inns. The floors near the top had genuine danger and no accommodations, so the presence of the Leviathan sisters Vania and Fatla proved useful. Ironically, the top floor had a perfunctory apothecary shop. Eno, the girl who recently made a cure-all pill, was the source of Azusa's treatment. And the location was easily accessible by flying wyvern. Pecora played a prank on Azusa!
Azusa took the pill, burst through her kiddie-sized clothes, and insisted on everyone taking a bath with her. Pecora found a way to spend more time with her Big Sister, just like she planned. Azusa scolded her and then quickly forgave her. After that, Pecora wanted to increase their sisterhood levels by raising their "skinship." That was a hard pass from Azusa.
