King's mature Fairy King powers allowed him to multiply his spear and use them simultaneously. Before, he always needed to switch from one form to another. But in his battle to subdue Mael and let Gowther reason with him, we saw him use four forms at once. He protected Diane and Elizabeth from the magic battle effects with Pollen Garden, a special force field.
