Actually, they found her. Sister Ivry, one of the Four Shining Stars, had been locked up and drained of her power by the impostor Sister.

Shiki, Homura, and Weisz did a number on the Rogue Out members. Sister took off her habit to heal her subordinates so the fight could continue. Then Sister Ivry walked in. The Rogue Out leader claimed she worshipped and thanked Sister Ivry for her healing power for ten years. That's ten years of stealing Sister Ivry's power. During that time, the android lady pretended to be Sister Ivry.

Sister Ivry didn't care about any of that. It was time to stomp! After crushing Sister flat, Sister Ivry decided to show how to fully use her healing power. Sister Ivry also had sexy underwear underneath her habit.
