Teiou needed to talk to Rice Shower, but racehorses are very good at running away from their adversaries.

Mejiro McQueen started racing again before Toukai Teiou, setting up a showdown with the record spoiler Rice Shower for her third consecutive Spring Tennoushou victory. Rice Shower doesn't like the negative fan feedback from spoiling Mihono Bourbon's Triple Crown attempt and doesn't want to face a similar backlash from ruining Mejiro McQueen's historic third consecutive win at Kyoto. Champions want to win against the best competition, so while Teiou is still rehabbing, she takes it upon herself to convince Rice Shower to run in the Tennoushou. Team Spica tries to help too, with varying levels of failure. Special Week has no yuri game when it's not focused on Silence Suzuka.

Rice Shower takes her turn in the eye catch for her very special episode.

Teiou recruited Mihono Bourbon, Rice Shower's most recent victim of record spoiling, to convince the shy horse to run against McQueen. Teiou started on Gold Ship's segway, but loaned it to the injured Bourbon in chasing after Rice Shower. The reserved long distance specialist thought she was a heel, using pro wrestling lingo, but Bourbon countered that she was her hero. Heroes need to run and win and Rice Shower did that against fan sentiment and likely odds. McQueen obviously felt the same way, since winners want to win against other winners. Becoming the best of the best is the best way to win the best race! Rice Shower relented against that Bourbon's onslaught of sincere feelings and huge boobs. Who could resist that?

Rice Shower took a special turn in the end credits too, including the fun scene when she first wore her Assassin in Black racing outfit. She looks good!
