Visitor Arc VI
Hmm.
Mahouka gave us a fanservice episode this week with lots of blushes, funny moments, and Miyuki getting as much of her brother’s concern that she can stand. Tatsuya Shiba the Destroyer also aims his neutron bomb at all the pure maidens’ hearts.
On the Visitor Arc storyline, Mahouka gave us hints about how the parasites affect and control their hosts, how there may be a shady elite council responsible for the “demons” escaping from the micro blackhole experiment, and now this all combines into a robot maid falling in love with Tatsuya. When neutron stars collapse, they make gravitational singularities, so I’m not surprised at all that Tatsuya’s neutron bomb enchanted a “demon.” Probably. We’ll get confirmation next week.
Heh.
Oh no. The US military ordered Sylvie to return home, so who will wake up the oversleeping Angelina? Oh, it’s their superior officer, Virginia Balance. Virginia will surely wake up Angelina in time for school. She doesn’t blame Angelina for failing that op of capturing that parasite but having their number one Stars member lose in a magic combat is a problem.
Neat. Tatsuya practices messing around with spiritual beings with Master Kokonoe. He’s not good at it yet, but don’t disparage him in Miyuki’s presence. Oh well. Cat’s out of the bag. The news reports on “demons” escaping from another dimension from a micro blackhole experiment in Texas. There’s the wrinkle we needed – the Americans needed new power to counter Tatsuya himself.
Angelina explains to Tatsuya that some shady organization called the Seven Sages let the possessed magicians escape from Texas. To what end? Conspiracies! Kyouko came by to confirm those things officially and she gave Tatsuya chocolate! Watch out for Miyuki. Ha. Angelina knows her rabid fans at school would not react kindly to her giving chocolate to someone. Funny. Mayumi makes her bitter chocolate with espresso beans.
It’s V-Day. Let’s hope Honoka has a nice moment with Tatsuya. She was brave but tongue-tied. What a guy, that Tatsuya. He gave Honoka a thoughtful gift of hair ties in return. Here we go! Honoka’s love power fused with that possessed robot maid. Did Tatsuya just gain another harem member? Aw. Mizuki gave all her dude friends chocolate, but Mikihiko expected something special. Fight on, bro, fight! Erika has it rough being the only girl at her dojo getting all the men’s attention.
Tatsuya’s springtime of youth starts now. Oho. That kid from the engineering club too. Aw. All these characters from the first season show up for lovey-dovey moments, but they have no lines or name placards. Ha! Hattori got those bitter chocolates from Mayumi too! Tatsuya can smell the coffee. Tatsuya’s speculation of how a parasite shares perception with its hosts becomes gospel and important. Those are the Mahouka rules. Mayumi saw to her chocolate revenge! Of course, we didn’t see Tatsuya’s pained expression.
Miyuki looks so happy to hold Tatsuya’s bag of chocolate. It’s like she’s pleased other girls know awesome her big brother is. Har. Colonel Virginia Balance can’t believe Tatsuya noticed their surveillance. Oh man. Miyuki went all out on the chocolate for Tatsuya’s dinner, even wearing a Miss Swiss outfit. Whoops! Miyuki got into the brandy chocolate. There it is! Wincest!
Epilogue time. Angelina chickened out in giving Tatsuya chocolate. Pure, pure maiden. Oh. Angelina has a new roommate. Will Colonel Virginia be more like a headmistress or a grandma?
