DanMachi S3 - Episode 7 - Bell Looks at Wiene Monster Form

Dix Perdix removed Wiene's red jewel from her forehead and she immediately transformed into her enraged vouivre monster form.

Even without her jewel, Wiene recognized Bell, but she couldn't control her monster rage. Dix used his curse power to lure her to the surface through the man-made tunnels the Daedalus ancestors constructed and Bell went after her. Unfortunately, Bell will have to stop the Loki Familia from dispatching the confused Wiene because they were told only to capture monsters with a red crystal on their foreheads, but Bell has Wiene's crystal in his hand!
