Subaru's talent really must be seducing Witches, because he made the Witches of the Seven Sins fight over how to convince him to stop hurting himself so much by trying to save everyone. Satella, the Witch of Envy who gave him his power Return by Death, told him she intentionally did that to save himself. He should love himself more and include himself in the ones he saves by using his power. We also learned that Roswaal is the true villain by trying to make Subaru use his power to save only one person and sacrifice everyone else. It's still not clear which certain person Roswaal wants Subaru to devote himself to, but we'll be sure to find out when ReZero continues in 2021.
