Anos moves fast. He just met Misha that day and he already asked her to dinner with his parents. She accepted, so Misha moves fast too.
Anos keeps telling people he's the demon king from two thousand years ago as he hands their asses to them, but no one wants to believe him. Telling old jokes and getting along with his human parents might dampen his credibility, but if they knew he was only one month old (demon spawn grow up so quick), they might take his word for it.
