Kyokou Suiri - Episode 4 - Karin Winks Some More

Karin Nanase's magical girl show looked really fun from seeing her best attributes in action in the opening song sequence.



Kotoko and Saki confirmed all the things they suspected about each other concerning Kurou. They also confirmed they don't like each other. However, they both began their investigations into the past of Karin Nanase the idol who appears to be related to the Steel Lady Nanase they just fought.

Haruko Nanase was scouted to be an idol by the president of a production agency after he noticed her very large chest. Good eye, old man! She took on the name Karin Nanase and became a popular idol after she was cast as the lead in a late-night live action magical girl show called Fire Breathing Girl. Steel Lady Nanase looks exactly like her in costume for the show.

Saki found out that Karin Nanase had to go on hiatus because there were rumors started about her father's accidental death. Karin was later found dead underneath a pile of steal beams at a construction site near her hotel while she was traveling. Mysteries upon mysteries have piled up enough for even a wiki page to be made about the new Steel Lady Nanase's appearances in the town where Karin Nanase died.

Kotoko's personal investigation of Karin Nanase led her to the same wiki site that Saki found, and she became worried that Steel Lady Nanase wasn't actually a vengeful ghost. She would need Saki's help as a policewoman to track down who was really the origin of the increasingly violent apparition.



In a big twist, Kotoko's yokai friends reported that Steel Lady Nanase was fighting someone nearby. She rushed over on a bike, and found that it was Kurou! Adding to the confusion is that he had been missing for a week and she suddenly found him connected to her current case which is connected to his ex-fiance Saki. Drama!
