The police had to take reports of a ghost like the Steel Lady seriously because she literally had a bosom too large to ignore.
The urban legend Steel Lady Nanase is purportedly the ghost of an idol singer who was killed by a steel beam falling on her. Steel Lady Nanase still wears her signature idol outfit and drags around a steel I-beam like the one that killed her.
Kotoko has come to this town to investigate the stories of this ghost and she remarked that even the accounts of her huge rack were accurate.
Policewoman Saki, who is the ex-girlfriend of Kurou who ran away from him because of his mysterious nature, thought she had to protect the small woman whom Steel Lady Nanase was chasing. Fortunately for Saki, Kotoko's kicks could actually land on the Steel Lady.
Kotoko discovered too late that Officer Saki was THAT Saki from two years ago. Kotoko had already mentioned how the pain of her "first time" hurt way more than what falling in the middle of the street, and then she introduced herself as the current girlfriend of Kurou, Saki's ex. Saki did not want to know any of this.
