They may have just saved the world, but Seiya still isn't going to kiss Rista.
Rista asked for special dispensation to use her Full Divinity so she could heal Seiya faster than the Valhalla Gate technique's recoil could disintegrate his body.
After Seiya had to defeat the Demon Lord again, he really did give up his life to save the world and his comrades. Ristarte was depressed and the other goddesses who were affected by Seiya's personality paid their respects before she faced her punishment for breaking the divine rules. Rista's punishment didn't really seem like one to her, because she would be reunited with Seiya on the world that was lost by his and Aria's efforts. Good for Ristarte.
