Fumino's friends Kashima, Inomori, and Chono made sure no one else but their preferred lips touched the Sleeping Beauty's lips on their watch.
We got our explanation of how Mafuyu joined the swim club on stage for their idol concert. As a figure skater, she easily memorized Uruka's dance moves. Just don't ask her to sing!
The impact Nariyuki had was to make a costume for Uruka so she could join her friends on stage. Much to the delight of the anime otaku in the audience, Nariyuki had memorized the costume a brand new character who debuted that morning and matched Uruka's look. People shouldn't ask how he knew her measurements...
Everyone was thankful for Nariyuki and Mafuyu for saving the performance. The swim club even sold Rizu's udon in the idol talk portion of the show. But at some point, Mafuyu was going to destroy that costume with her incredible proportions. Thank you stray thread for letting Mafuyu recreate the magical girl transformation sequence too.
I don't know what costume the Prince was supposed to be wearing, but Meowpoleon Z was obviously going to be the costume Mafuyu was supposed to wear during her talk about the fall of the Holy Roman Empire. Perhaps the Sleeping Beauty's Prince was supposed to wear the costume in the box underneath the idol costume Mafuyu found in the faculty lounge? At any rate, Asumi, as an alumna of the school, helped her rock band club out during their performance and got Nariyuki to the auditorium through her knowledge of air ducts. One wonders why she needed to know about those things during her time there...
Things worked out for Fumino in the end when her Prince Charming literally dropped out of the sky to save her from the unworthy masses vying for her lips. Does a first kiss count if it's through a mascot costume? I would say it's the feelings that matter.
