After Masato saw what MedhiMama was wearing, he imagined the worst of what his own mom could be wearing when she entered the pool area.

If MedhiMama's story was that she was doing everything for her daughter Medhi to become number one, she refuted it when she bought all these outfits to match what Mamako was wearing to school. Using illusion magic was no good either for making goopy crap look good, but still taste bad. Everyone knows you need to make good food with good love to make it taste good!



And just why was Principal Shirase taking Mamako's measurements in such a fashion? She'll tell you later, but it was obviously to design the perfect weapon against MedhiMama's revealing outfits to gain attention.

It's the pool episode! So while the kids all wore their gym swimsuits to practice killing monsters in water, MedhiMama wore the quintessential cougar poolside uniform. That's not helping her daughter Medhi get the most attention from the boys...

Shirase figured out the best weapon against MedhiMama was old-fashioned MILF charm in an old-fashioned school swimsuit. Mamako charmed everyone, even the pool's special guests, much to MedhiMama's jealous consternation.

Mamako slashed the tentacles, kicked the boss anemone up in the air, and then Masato picked up a buttload of XP by killing it while it was airborne. Nice mother-son teamwork there.

After finally getting some XP points, Team Mamako celebrated while MedhiMama slapped her daughter for coming in second. Masato finally figured out that it was Medhi making the snide comments about her trash mother and saw that a reckoning in their relationship was fast approaching.
