It's good to see Yuuko has a quick version of her Shamiko Crisis Management Mode transformation, but this still seems slower than Momo's 0.01 seconds.

Mikan, another magical girl and Momo's friend, has come to town to help her defend it while she's low on magical power. Naturally, the first person she meets is the demon girl who weakened Momo's powers. Unfortunately for all three, Mikan has a curse where extremely bad luck happens when she gets anxious.

Momo wants to train Yuuko so she can go into Crisis Management Mode whenever she wants. Yuuko doesn't like that this is always accompanied by sheer terror, but Momo seems a bit happy about that. The Shamiko outfit is what Lilith wears all the time, so she doesn't get why Yuuko has concerns about public decency.
