Aisha showed Bell just how much level boosting can make a difference between adventurers at the same level.
The Ishtar Familia couldn't help but succeed in kidnapping Bell in the dungeon with Haruhime boosting Aisha's level above her current 3. Mikoto got taken as a bonus.
It turns out Phryne has her own sex dungeon somewhere and her victims only "love" her because she administers drugs before torture. Bell's shrunken state from disgust and fear tell the real story. Haruhime knew of this place and helped Bell and Mikoto escape.
Hestia remembered what Hermes had brought Ishtar — a Killing Stone, which takes in the soul of a magic user and then can be fragmented many times to give off the same effect. Ishtar plans on using Haruhime as the soul for her Familia and give everyone her level boosting magic, killing Haruhime in the process.
Mikoto had read the instructions of for the Killing Stone ritual as she made her escape and confronted Haruhime and Aisha about it. Haruhime had been abducted long ago for the sole purpose of being sacrificed for the Killing Stone.
Aisha told Bell and Mikoto the story of how she "hated" Haruhime when she was first brought to the brothel and destroyed an expensive magic item out of pent-up rage. She was then driven sex-crazy by Ishtar so she would never disobey her again. It's clear from the images that Aisha always cared about Haruhime, had destroyed Ishtar's first acquisition of a Killing Stone, and then been punished for it. She's now trying to provoke Bell into rescuing Haruhime for her.
