Some new power awakened in Hibiki when she entered the Silverman Gym arm wrestling tournament.
The last high school girl in the cast finally showed up and it had to do with arm wrestling, of all things. Zina Voyd, from Russia, is in Japan to do battle, meanwhile, Hibiki needs money to buy some new speakers and pay for food and gym fees.
The only one really exercising this week was Satomi. She thought Macho Man would go easy on her while he explained arm wrestling to the younger girls, but he is good at multitasking and motivating.
Macho Man used an exercise video starring Satomi and Akemi to explain how arm wrestling is actually a full body sport. It looks like those two were full body wrestling in bed at the end there.
Hibiki had another punching bag moment when she beat Ayaka in an arm wrestling match. Things got all dramatic because even Macho Man saw he had to get a little serious to beat Hibiki. Ayaka forgot to put her srs bsns face away.
On the day of the arm wrestling tournament, only two girls showed up! Ayaka and Satomi are traitors, and Akemi got sick, so Hibiki entered the final round in her first match. Zina Voyd wanted to win to get air fare back to Moscow. Those plane tickets were expensive. But Hibiki went half macho and exploded to victory. Plus half her shirt. She's a potential Macho Man!
Zina couldn't go back home because she didn't win the money, so she entered Hibiki's school on a home stay program to stalk her, uh, be her new rival. In arm wrestling... Through the use of many Putin jokes, she explained to Akemi how the Moscow Silverman Gym focused on high rep workouts because they didn't have a lot of equipment. Zina also refused to be one of the three stereotypical Russian beauty character types.
The omake had the girls do a version of kipping push-ups instead of the kipping pull-ups Zina talked about in the episode. They were all glad those hard jumping push-ups were over.
