Team Jumbo-Visma won the Team Time Trial by more than 20 seconds over 2nd place Team Ineos on Stage 2 in Brussels. (LeTour)
The finish line of the Stage 2 Team Time Trial for the 2019 edition of the Tour lied in the shadow of the Atomium in Brussels, Belgium. The structure, showing an iron crystal magnified over a 160 billion times its actual size, was built for the World's Fair Exposition in 1958. It is now a museum and has a restaurant which offers a 360 degree panorama of the country's capital city.
