Irene finally told Erza what many had suspected, like Wendy noticing Irene smelled like Erza, that she was Erza's mother. Erza didn't want to hear that and she considers Makarov to be her only parent, but it's not like she can stop Irene from telling her story of being Irene Belserion, Queen of the Dragons.
