Eurynome had staked out the library because of a cute boy who works there. Mullin had just talked to Dantalion the Librarian, so Eurynome steeled herself to talk to an adult male.
Mullin considered loaning a book to Beelzebub, but what kind of book would she like to read? Oh, anything with cute fluff balls should do the trick.
Belphegor really wants to talk to her crush Azazel, so her aide Camio suggested baking brownies and Beelzebub helped by providing her kitchen and cook Nisroch. Nisroch had a habit of doing things so fast his clothes burst into smithereens, which did not help Belphegor's nervousness around guys. Too late, she realized the hardest part of this whole plan was not making brownies, but actually giving them to Azazel. Things worked out, in a way.
