Literally, the title is Pig Bastard Youth Doesn't Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, so you know it's a light novel with a high concept for a premise. Puberty Syndrome does weird paranormal things to stressed out girls, and boring MC-kun is there to save them.

The whole thing starts with Sakuta noticing a famous child actress and schoolmate Mai walking around the library and nobody else is reacting to her.

Sakuta has his own problems besides trying to find out what Mai's deal is. His friend's girlfriend Kamisato wants him to stop hanging out with in public because of Sakuto's bad rumors. Yup, he's suffered from Puberty Syndrom and so does his younger sister.
