Primoz Roglic celebrates his stage 19 victory in Laruns.
Slovenian Primoz Roglic of Team Lotto Jumbo started his athletic career as a world class ski jumper, even holding the junior world title in 2007. A terrible crash led him to riding a bike during his rehab, and he set aside his ski jumping career after 2011 to switch to road racing full time. He is currently 3rd place behind leader Geraint Thomas.
