In a discussion about June brides, Aki had a very specific idea of who his bride just might be.
The other girls joined in the discussion about being wives and how their personalities would affect things. Sumire as the harsh office worker but sexy needy bride was my favorite. Of course, the girls all appreciated domestic goddess Ayaka's adult perspective on enjoying the single life.
Aki may only be a middle school student, but he has some rather adult ideas about Ayaka and impressing women. Red leather, really? Also, a dude knowing how to cook does impress women, so don't listen to those junior high girls.
Yuzu, as part of trying to attract a husband, worried about the size of her stature and chest. She was encouraged to see Ayaka's very small old swimsuit, but Ayaka didn't want to tell her it was from elementary school.
The rainy season is about to start, so Ayaka wanted to cover up the damaged parts of the roof before the carpenters arrived the following week. Of course, Aki suffered "bad luck" in getting stuck on the roof with Ayaka when the ladder fell down.
The rainy season vignette transitioned seamlessly into the next bit whose sole aim was to get Yuri onto Ayaka's lap pillow. Along the way, we got lots of bathroom fanservice and Ayaka trying to keep Aki warm the best way she knows how.
The end card has Ayaka hanging laundry, but in the episode we saw her using a dryer in the laundry room. Discrepancy in the timeline, since Ayaka would probably only used the dryer when it's raining?
