Hana couldn't fool Hiroe into thinking she was the manager delivering a package. Hana didn't have the extra package cushion Shion provides.
Delivering a package for Shion while she fried chicken was the excuse Hana had for meeting the ronin hikikomori neighbor Hiroe. Shion was very insistent they become friends.
Providing tea for Hana became a major deal because of a necessary trip to the convenience store. Hiroe had no suitable clothes for such a trip, and borrowing from Shion was out of the question.
Hana's friends came to the rescue. It turned out that both Tama and Kamuri have very fancy lounging clothes. Kamuri blames her parents' strange hobby of dressing her up.
Eiko worked her fashion magic, but then she found out Hiroe only needed to go to the convenience store. She had something to borrow, but the permanent solution was a shopping trip!
Hiroe got some casual clothes and is slowly breaking out of her shell. Good for her.
The end card shows how much fun Eiko and Tama had in dress shopping with Hiroe.
