Itsuki's in-game chara made sure that Chihiro's in-game chara didn't see the R-18 game mechanics for the support power-up belonging to Nayuta's chara.

The regular group played a Dungeons and Dragons style RPG, but Miyako and Chihiro's charas, Miyako (naturally) and Sen, had certain very familiar sounding special abilities. As long as they didn't call their attacks Railgun or Image Break, they'd be fine. Probably.

Nayuta chose a party support buff for her special ability, but it just so happened to require ingesting bodily fluids. Any bodily fluids...
