Dorothy is one of the cute girls doing cute spy stuff in this steam punk version of London with a non-steam power source and its own Cold War Berlin Wall.
Ange is the kuudere master of disguise and the Princess is kind of along for the ride. There's a plot twist on their identities to be revealed later, I understand.
