Onii-san had a toothache, but Ai-chan's special "gifts" cushioned any extra rattling from the train ride.
Ai-chan traded stories with Onii-san about their physical exams. Ai-chan's much less serious anecdote involved her mammogram and how she "obscured" her chest x-ray.
Ai-chan demonstrated how her "special" pain pill works to make Onii-san forget his pain.
It looks like there was somebody else around Tawawa who employed those same effective pain killing tactics.
