It's obvious Ai had two major causes for tripping and colliding with "Onii-san."
This show, translated as "Tawawa on Mondays", is about Ai's short weekly conversations with the young man she put into the hospital with her bosom at the Tawawa train station.
Ai-chan obviously has much for Onii-san to "protect" from train molesters.
I think Onii-san gets a thrill out of being "mistaken" for one of those supposed molesters.
Ai-chan is a bit flirty for a high school girl. Giving her "bodyguard" a button she popped out is a bit less than innocent.
This short anime already garnered some attention from being temporarily removed from its official channel on Youtube. Let's see if later episodes actually justify some triggered snowflake's flagging of the video.
