There was actually a plot to the 11th episode!
It was an extended flashback to Sayo rehabilitating after being stabbed by Yuuko.
Sayo learned to kiss people from watching Miki and her boyfriend. Now her scene with Arashi makes more sense that she kissed him while she was in berserker mode.
Of course, this was all an excuse to see how nicely Sayo's chest healed up with no scars.
Yes, healed up real niiiice.
And things haven't changed that much around the hospital with a younger girl complaining about soap in her eye to an older girl.
I can't believe Yuuko is only 4 years older than Sayo!
