10 Second Anime - One-Punch Man - Episode 10

Saitama meets the S-Class heroes when they're all called upon to save the world.

Episode 10 - "Unparalleled Peril"

Heh.

I don't want to say it's aliens, but IT'S ALIENS!

Tatsumaki the Terrible Tornado (literally that's what 竜巻 tatsumaki means) stole the show.

Her bratty tsun-tsun attitude was too much for everyone, including the Terror Lizard King.

Ha! How about another 300 million year nap?!

Genos, don't even try to be nice to her.

Saitama got the best line at her expense, asking if anyone was missing a lost child.

Tatsumaki comes by her reputation honestly, though. Blackluster kept warning everyone not to make her mad because of her psychic superpowers. She called down a meteor to kill the Terror Lizard King!

Why yes, the Hero Association does treat S-Class heroes as if they're dropping huge bombs on problems.

I appreciated the name cards as the heroes were shown around the conference table. Metal Knight was absent because he does everything remotely, but 1st Rank Blast was absent too and that seemed to have been a usual thing. I hope the name and title isn't just a stand-in for a hero the association has never met but knows exists and that it ends up being Saitama. I mean, I could totally see that happening since he was already responsible for starting up the whole thing by saving the founder's grandchild, but isn't that bit too much for this satire? Probably not...

All these villain kings (Subterranean King, Sea King, Sky King, Terror Lizard King, etc.) seem to know each other. It's interesting that Saitama is responsible for two of their deaths already.

Hey, hey. The Macross anime starts next season, not this season.

Saitama was already ranked 63rd among the B-Class heroes when just last week he was 101. What did he do in the meantime?

I loved how Saitama just busted through the indestructible building to get to the roof.

Saitama says he can't fly, but he can jump and float. Like, float a really long time...

What did the other heroes (beside Genos) think of this huge hole they crawled through made by a B-Class hero?

Saitama caused a big ruckus inside the ship, but he wasn't really hurting it.

That's actually a good thing, since the ship is floating over a city it already destroyed and crashing it would kill any survivors left from its initial blast. Saitama's just trying to get the big boss's attention.

I liked Saitama's serious face when he said he'd go to the meeting because he had nothing else to do. That's so Saitama!

Next time, the other heroes mess around with this regenerating alien freak while Saitama tries to arrange a meeting with the Alien King. Question: will he call himself Alien King? Every other villain so far has had such a straightforward name, so why not? I know the title for the next episode is "Dominator of the Universe," but that might just be an over the top description. I'm hoping for Alien King!
