10 Second Anime - Aoharu x Kikanjuu - Episode 11

Tachibana confirms her feelings about Toy Gun Gun with Midori's help. Yukimura tells her the actual story of Toy Gun Gun's problems.

Episode 11 - "Let's Do Something Fun"

Heh.

Well, Tachibana isn't entirely stupid about reading other people's feelings. She knew that Matsuoka was lying about why she was kicked off the team.

We saw the other former member of Toy Gun Gun at this Maid Gun café, so I wonder if the girl who was shot my Midori in their first TGC is that blonde nekomimimeganemeido (crossing the memes, are we?).

Everybody should be shocked at how Tachibana won that gun version of 8-ball with a final bulls eye..

Eep. Awkward much?

They're all neighbors, so they should have been expecting these encounters.

Okay, Yukimura did something dramatic with those pictures, but I'm sure it was a hassle to pick them all up again. I suppose it was supposed to be an image of him enjoying those past moments and asking Tachibana to help Matsuoka come back to his old self so they can make new ones. Sure, let's go with that.

Ah, is the final episode going to be live version of Midori's 8-ball target shooting game with Matsuoka versus Tachibana? So, no rematch with Hoshishiro this season? And what are the stakes going to be in Tachibana's challenge?

Hmm.

Yukimura's telling of the actual events of Matsuoka's shame in front of the girl member and Midori left something out, it felt like to me. There seemed to be some other animus before the match between Matsuoka and Midori. They did play all those matches together before their falling out, but I don't know if it was a friendly parting or not. Certainly in Midori's retelling of their past during their TGC match, he was using those recollections as psychological fodder to provoke an inferiority complex in Matsuoka. But what was the origin of Toy Gun Gun and why does Yukimura hate Midori so much? A lot of loose ends to tie up before the last episode.

I guess the main question is whether Tachibana reveals she's a girl or not. It really could go either way, so I'm looking forward to seeing the resolution. I'm not too excited to see the shooting duel between Matsuoka and Tachibana because they could have, you know, just sat and talked, but I figure Tachibana is more girly than we expect, if she's going to follow her friend Kanae's lead in causing a spectacle.
