Tour Tidbit du Jour - 7/6/2015

The Stage 2 route passed through the Dutch city of Gouda, world renowned for its cheeses. Aged from 4 weeks to over 12 months, the hard cheese pairs well with Dubbel, Tripel or Trappist ales.
