The Road to Camp Williams
The climb past two dams and two reservoirs is not a steady one, and the road to Camp Williams on East Fork Road is just a bit more climbing to remind the legs that it is a full 15 miles of climbing from Duarte. After all that climbing in 100 plus degree temperatures I was ready for a big cup of ice.
Out and back for 54 miles: good enough.
