This was a break shortened week, and after brushing the cobwebs off the first day, I quickly found my plateau. How do I know it's a fitness plateau? That Inverness-Normandy Loop I did yesterday only had a 4 second difference from last month. The rest of the year, I'll work on some cadence stuff and different positions on the bike. I'd like to get my standing cadence faster on the climbs, because right now, that stance is the slowest way I can climb a hill. Oh, and if someone can tell me what I ran over, which was truly beating the odds that my front tire missed it but I slammed my back tire on it, please let me know.
