A break shortened week coming off the last 3 week block of training, and I'm working on getting my fast cadence and rhythm back. My climbing legs seem to like the spinning, since I set two new records for the year on two of my climbing courses. I probably would have set a new record on my flat course, but a garbage truck and a school bus ended that attempt. Stopping and starting created more than an 8 second delay, at least that's what I keep telling myself.
