I had the pleasure of meeting a new friend Ike (pronounced hike) at the Rose Bowl 3 mile loop. He is known for the 'Running Man of Pasadena Non Stop'. At 70 years old, he puts in 35 to 40 miles on Saturday mornings. He's an inspiration to many runners who also run at the Rose Bowl. Say hello if you see him running! = )
