A mysterious man named Tusk rescues Ange after she washed up on his small island. Ange becomes a nicer person after she is recovered by Arzenal.

Heh.

This show is really turning into the Perils of Pauline, except it's the Accidental Adventures of Ange.

This Tusk guy appears to be the offspring of an Arzenal pilot and some dude, and he can't use magic, or chooses not to. I'm still not sure whether Norma are always women or not.

Whoa. Ange just about plotzed on the floor with an orgasm so strong after killing a dragon. We saw this earlier when she just about poked my eyes out.

Hey, Tusk. No means no, okay?



They turned Tusk landing face first into Ange's crotch into a running joke. Well done. Thumbs up!

That last one was on purpose though, to suck out the poison of a snake bite on Ange's inner thigh. Way better execution than that other show! I guess it's too much to have people actually kiss in anime, and they need to contrive lip to skin situations. No one seems to care about the snakes' feelings...

Yay for the bad cooking cliché causing a purple explosion! Because badly cooked stew is always purple... and explodes...

Oh, Ange knows exactly who sabotaged her Paramail.



For someone who claims not to have done "this and that," Tusk is awfully descriptive of the kinds of things he didn't do. He definitely didn't feel up an unconscious girl's shapely breasts, definitely didn't taste every inch of her vulnerable body, and most definitely did not use her to admire the mysterious female figure. Nope, didn't do it.



Of course he didn't do any of that while she was unconscious; he did all that while tripping face first between her legs. Duh.

Ange wasn't the only one to wash up on that island. That little dragon followed her too. Tough little bugger.



After the Vilkiss is powered up enough to shoot the little dragon, that meant it also had enough juice to power the radio. Ange's little island getaway may be over, but the memories will linger. Oh wait, no they won't. Nothing happened here.



No almost kissing. No crotch sniffing. No inner thigh sucking. No bondage play. Got it?

The school trip castaway episode gave us another character we see in the opening credits, which gave us more questions about the world of Cross Ange. This Tusk guy is the child of an Arzenal pilot, who saw the Vilkiss crash and Jill get out of it with her arm missing, and appears to be the last survivor of some kind of militia group on the island.

This magic ring of Ange's seems able to make the Vilkiss semi-autonomous. Why did her mother the Empress have it? Why does Ange have such a sexual response to killing dragons? The other Norma don't seem to.

What was the deal with those aircraft transporting that frozen dragon? Seeing things through the very small peep hole that is Ange's perspective is interesting and frustrating at the same time.

Next time, Ange's magic using maid shows at Arzenal for some reason. Maybe she can tell us what the hell is happening in the outside world. At least we'll see some servant scrubbing her master in the bath action. Yay for yuri!
