Mini told Chizuru that Kazuya was in love with her, but Chizuru didn't believe it. More like she didn't want to accept what she already knew. Kazuya is a cringy liar who lies, so it's unsurprising.
Chizuru saw a play (or movie, I don't care) with her celebrity acting coach. Mini had convinced her to ask him to tweet out a mention of her movie's crowdfunding site, but there appeared to be strings attached because he just broke up with his girlfriend. Even that guy knew the cringe lord in her life was in love with her. Chizuru had to admit that she "didn't not like" him. Way to commit, girl.
