Why are Twilight and Nightfall infiltrating an underground tennis arena to steal art? It's convoluted, but the winner of the rigged bloodsport tennis tournament gets access to the promoter's art collection. There's supposed to be a hidden code in one of his pieces. So the superspies entered the next round of illegal tennis. Twilight had never played tennis, so he recruited his Forger family to help him hit tennis balls. He told them Anya and Yor it was for a hospital event, so that made Yor jealous about Fiona. Totally justified!
The Spy x Family story takes place in the equivalent of East Germany. You know that means cheating on every possible level. We saw doping, ex-pro ringers, engine-powered tennis rackets, and nerve gas in the locker rooms. These circumstances pissed off Twilight and Nightfall so much that they showed no mercy. The problem was that their final opponents were the children of the promoter and art collector. How can they win when their target wants them to lose? Find out next time!
