Ichigo caught Opie's Quincy arrows, which alerted him to Ichigo's identity. Yhwach warned his invasion army about the "special threat" Kurosaki represented. Opie immediately went to full power, and Yhwach initiated the Quincy forces' invasion into Soul Society. Things would go easier with Ichigo in Hueco Mundo instead of helping repel his army.
Opie thought he quickly defeated the Tres Fracciones, but their combined might in the form of Ayon put him on the floor. Apache and Francesco were happy about their quick revenge, but Opie turned it back on them by absorbing Ayon! He combined his final form with Ayon's power. Ugly!
Rangiku Matsumoto saw the light of the Quincy invasion into Soul Society. The end card shows Yhwach and Yamamoto as the ultimate opponents.
