Another adventuring party ran into a spider monster, and it abducted one of them! Kikuru needed to organize a rescue operation with his newbie harem. But he also needed to protect them from harm. He didn't want to see Hitamuki caught up in sticky strands or a drunk Hanabata blast everyone with her hammer. Kikuru put his tracker, healer, and tank on finding the missing person. He took Tokishikko with him Area-of-Effect DPS to augment his sniping and critical hit skills.
Hitamuki and Maidena still fell into traps, but at least there were no offensive monsters around to attack them.
Kikuru faced the spider head-on, but it was faster than Tokishikko could cast her spells. Then it attacked her! Both Eshune and Enome had similar omens warn them of impending doom. Kikuru took the spider's poison when he pushed Tokishikko away from its stinger!
Tokishikko revealed why she's never gotten sick. Her name is a pun on Toxic! We knew this, but it's rare for an anime to use a lazy naming device as a plot point. Tokishikko's saliva can cure poison! She didn't make clear why she needed to undress too. But, hey, fanservice!
The tracking party found the missing person, Noma Rune. After Maidena healed her poison effects, the adventurer thanked the girls for facing obvious hardship. Hitamuki and Maidena couldn't tell Noma that their dress damage came from falling into avoidable spider webs.
