Majima made Chisato worry about a timebomb as he tried to get her to kill him. Mika took his revenge on Himegama for hurting Chisato. He also said his final goodbyes to Yoshimatsu. Takina showed up in time to distract Majima and to catch Chisato from falling to her death. In the end, the bomb was just a fireworks show. Majima won the game he wanted to play.
The epilogue showed Takina tracking down Chisato! Where did she go? Why? Well, Takina needed to catch her first to get those answers. Also, Chisato wanted to know how Takina found her on a southern island. It was from that couple taking selfies!
Chisato woke up in the hospital, saw that she had had chest surgery, and ran off. As I suspected, Chisato's replacement heart machine was in Yoshimatu's briefcase. The chest scar was more emotional manipulation for Chisato. So, Chisato isn't going to die quickly anymore, but she also doesn't need to return to Japan. So, aloha Hawaii! Season two adventures, when?
