The Valentine's Day battle started! Tohka and the Yamai sisters gave Shido homemade chocolate, and Origami's chocolate version of herself turned out well. The other boys in the class felt left out until the ordinary girl trio scattered obligatory chocolate to the ravening horde.

Kurumi and Shido went all out on their Valentine's Day date. Kurumi shared her origin story and why she wanted to kill the Spirit of Origin. Then she played her final card to capture Shido's heart.

Then Nibelcole attacked Shido again. Kurumi quickly dispatched the army of clones, but the effort exhausted her. One of Kurumi's clones explained to Shido that DEM had already killed Shido hundreds of times! Kurumi's power to turn back the clock uses a lot of spirit power. Right before the end of the season, we learned more about Mio Takamiya, the Spirit of Origin. She has a clone like Kurumi. And it's the perpetually tired Reine!
