Shin Ikkitousen starts by reminding us that the show is about ancient Chinese warriors wielding the powers of mythical dragons. The new dragon to arise is supposed to be Chuubou, Hakufu's little sister. Chuubou wonders if she can follow in her big sister's footsteps on her first day at school. She did, but only in the most embarrassing ways. She showed her panties and wet herself too. Hakufu never passed herself off as a respectable leader, so Chuubou is on a solid path to successorship.
Not so uncoincidentally, a rival group came to take Hakufu's ancient sword. Hakufu lost her dragon powers recently, so Chuubou needs to awaken her dragon so someone in their faction can wield it. Yamada is a tan beauty that carries two swords. A strange goth-loli also arrived to retrieve the sword and gave Ukitsu, the tan monk girl, trouble with her minions. Ryuubi sent Shiryuu to help protect Hakufu's group, and her help was necessary right away! Kanu was in the mountains, so there was no one else to oppose the skillful swordswoman Yamada.
Chuubou could only watch others fight for her. Shiryuu held off Yamada and the odd goth-loli villain as Ukitsu tried to escape with Chuubou and the sword. When the goth-loli gravely wounded Ukitsu, Chuubou's dragon violently awakened!
The awakened Chuubou contacted Himiko, another awakened dragon. Himiko's operation to prevent another power from arising had failed. Chuubou collapsed after the reincarnated Chuubou let go of her body, but the goth-loli wanted revenge on the unconscious girl.
When things looked hopeless, a new player arrived to save the day. Hakufu came to punch all the bad guys!

The almost naked girl defeated both the goth-loli and the half-topless Yamada. Then Chuubou fell unconscious, the goth-loli tried to stab her, and Hakufu punched through that blade. Punches are the foundation of martial arts!
