Cayna stretched out her long elf legs in the local bathhouse. It's how she visits Mimily Mermaid.

Cayna built a house for her new daughter. Then Cayna went to relax in the bath with the local mermaid. Mimily told Cayna that she missed her mermaid village, but Cayna's village became her new home.

Cayna confirmed she died while playing Leadale during that blackout in the first episode. She left her interface behind to play with her new child and friends in the village. I don't understand what this means for the other players she encounters in her game, but I doubt we'll get answers from another season.
