The prison chaplain owns the Pale Snake Stand. When he discovered Jolyne had stolen his stash of memory discs, he struck back at her with another minion. Miraschon needed the chaplain to recommend parole, so she could not refuse his request to steal back Joutarou's Star Platinum disc. Marilyn Manson, the Debt Collector, would force Jolyne to pay back a wager with that disc! Foo Fighters and Ermes were the first casualties of Marilyn Manson's debt extraction.
Usually, a new Stand User needs time to practice and probe how the Stand works. Miraschon received a shortcut when the chaplain stuck a compatible Stand memory disc in her head. Luckily for Jolyne, she had become a practiced Stand Fighter. She quickly figured out the rules of Marilyn Manson and turned the tables on Miraschon. That's a standard JoJo's Bizarre Adventure battle.
