Nezuko fully awakened her Demon Blood Arts, which made her impossible for Daki to kill. Daki couldn't believe that a demon who had never tasted human blood could be so strong.
Nezuko became so violent that she became bloodthirsty. Tanjirou woke up in time to restrain her, but Daki also recovered enough to threaten them and the human bystanders. Fortunately for them, Tengen made a flashy entrance by beheading Daki.
The eye catches showed Nezuko in fully demonic form and Tanjirou rushing to stop her thirst for blood.
Tengen objected to Nezuko being so flashy. He advised him to sing her a lullaby to calm her down. That worked! Nezuko soon became a smol sleeping demon.
Tengen comedically conversed with the headless Daki. She claimed she hadn't lost. "T'was merely a flesh wound!" The puzzling part of Daki's separated head was how she was not turning to ash.
Tengen soon realized why Daki held the designation of Upper Six even though he effortlessly beheaded her. Daki was not alone! Her older brother Gyuutarou hid inside her! He employs Demon Blood Arts, like Nezuko does, which made him a much more challenging fight for Tengen. That's a heck of a cliffhanger.
