Najimi compiled a list of candidates whom Komi could befriend easily. First on her list was Himiko Agari, who also suffers from social anxiety. Unfortunately for Komi, Himiko feels extreme agitation at being near people. Her name also makes puns on "agitation – 上理, agari" and "vulgar – 卑美, himi." So, while Himiko and Komi might have much in common, Himiko can't be Komi's friend. She can be her dog, instead!
In the next part of the episode, Komi receives a flip phone from her parents. She wanted Tadano to be her first entry of phone contacts. It's a rite of passage for Japanese kids. Tadano annoyed Komi by "helping" her ask Najimi and Himiko for their numbers first. Fortunately, the two girls (I'm calling Najimi a girl, but we know better) knew that Komi wanted Tadano's info inputted into the phone before theirs. Crisis averted! Cuteness abounded! And then Komi caused herself an embarrassing moment by accidentally calling Tadano and then disconnecting on him.
