Tarte was always good with a staff weapon, but the long poles aren't good for assassins.

The goddess who summoned the world's finest assassin is a clever lady. She plays the odds! She has drafted hundreds of souls over the years to make sure one of them can kill the Hero at the right time. Not all of them stay single-minded to their mission the way Lugh does. The goddess also helps her Hero-Killers when they need it. Lugh wants to assemble a crew of mighty magic users. But his new world selects those people rather quickly for roles in the nobility. The goddess sent him an abandoned child named Tarte. She has unusually high levels of mana. She also grew to have unusually huge breasts! Lugh lucked out in more ways than one.

His father let Lugh keep the child Tarte on one condition. He would train her in his family's martial arts tradition. The best teacher for a master is his student, so Lugh's father was wise to mandate this. It also meant we get to see Lugh run his hands all over Tarte as we've seen his father do to him.

Tarte just couldn't get the hang of knifework, so Lugh figured out how to make her strengths work in the dark world of concealed weapons. He devised a collapsible spear for her! Now she's a complete assassin's sidekick. Except for the boob-mashing he endures in the mornings.

I didn't think World's Finest Assassin would have NSFW material, but I needed to double-check. I saw some sketchy shadow censoring in the first three episodes, so I looked at the AT-X sources for differences. There were!

The regular broadcast had shaded Lugh's seven-year-old body, covering up his nipples. Okay, that's weird. But there were also shaded gory scenes. In the third episode, Lugh had cut off the hand of a death row inmate, and shadow shielded the twitching extremity. The shaded frames of Tarte mimicking Lugh's assassin training exercises made me think there was a good chance Tarte's nipples were under there. Success!
