Grand Tours spend much of their route around rural and agricultural regions and the locals like to decorate their fields with something that promotes the local culture or product. In the mountainous region near the first King of the Mountain point of Stage 6 of the Giro, a farmer had grown trees in the shape of Italy, including Sicily and Sardinia.
