Airmid, the famous healer, showed a reluctance to her god Dian Cecht about entering a specially placed bathtub. There's the foreshadowing for the rest of the absurd hot spring war.
The newest, hottest location in town is Dian Cecht's new natural hot spring bathhouse. Everyone wants to go and enjoy the healing waters. Eina, Syr, Hestia, Haruhime, and Lili were there. Mikoto and Chigusa would have been there, but they were on their own natural hot springs trip in the mountains. Everyone except Naaza and the rest of the Miach Familia. They know that Dian Cecht stole Naaza's blueprints for a regular bathhouse. They also know that there are no sources of hot springs on the ground floor of Orario. They decided to kidnap Bell to help them after he came out of the bathhouse with Welf.
Dian Cecht gloated about his successful business to Miach with the slightly embarrassed Airmid. She even has to do the commercials with her god.
The operation against Dian Cecht's bathhouse looking for proof of their lies was simple. Welf, Bell, and Hermes would cause distractions by running through the baths, while Miach, Cassandra, Daphne, and Naaza infiltrated the utilities. Ganesha accidentally involved himself by walking through the women's bath. Eina freaked out when she saw Ganesha's elephant nose above and below!
Syr had a nice moment with Bell until she slipped and made him fall from a bridge. Meanwhile, Miach's forces needed to deal with magic water that only melted fabric. Using some Star Wars references, Dian Cecht accidentally defeated himself. Bell helped too.
The heroes found Airmid at the center of the operation. The healing waters came from her used bathwater! This confirmed Cassandra's strange dream of an embarrassed woman making soup stock. When Airmid heard that people had drunk her "soup stock," she exploded in shame. In the ruins of Dian Cecht's bathhouse, Eina gave us even more fanservice. Then she scolded Bell for making her see an unwanted elephant, above and below!
The end credits showed the girls having fun in various hot spring facilities.
